As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, and fostering long-lasting relationships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and work proactively to exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization.
  • Understand client needs and goals, aligning our products and services to meet their objectives.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Monitor and analyze customer engagement and satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular client reports and presentations.

Job Requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support, account management, or customer relationship management.
  • xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Empathetic and client-centric mindset, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
